Life.

DW caught my interest today, when you suddenly asked if to compile a life list. For those who do not know, a life list is a list of the things that you wish to do before you die.

This has been recently popularised by the Oprah show. And together with the Ellen Degeneres Show and a Magazine, it "rose into fame".

So while you'all may disagree, everybody has already have such a list in their minds. Trust me.

"Can I score for my O levels?" I can almost hear someone say.

But the question I have, is whether you should put it on paper? It is said to steel your resolve in accomplishing your tasks but to a pessimist like me, does it not mean that you would have to endure an even harsher fall if you should fail?

To lose without faith is not a big loss. Can you assure yourself that you can stand up again after a loss of faith if you can ever suceed?

If you want a small scale example, rmb the last time you screwed up an exam paper or a test.

That's small scale-Now imagine the same feeling amplified, in the more important hurdles in life.

Can you assure yourself that you can stand up again?

Then again. It doesn't mean you'll fail rite?

It is a fact that when you write down your aims in paper, you constantly remind yourself of your aims and desires. There are reasons why ppl are paid Thousands to write these books to inspire you.

Now let me give you an example of a success story.
Adam Khoo. Expelled from Primary School. Was not accepted by any of his 6 Choices of schools in PSLE. He started to write down his aims and work towards it.

Results? First in school in O levels. And Self-made millionare. AT 26.

The success stories are numerous and cannot be denied.

Also, we can see how society have tired to get us to have dreams. Rmb Pokemon? Digimon? Even cartoons and animes for children are filled with mesages for you to set a dream and work towards it.

Is there a win-win situation? Perhaps. The main question here is actually not if you should write down your dreams. But, if you can overcome your failures if they occur? Steel yourself, work knowing that you will succeed one day, even if it is after numerous failures.

This has been the train of thought of a 16 Year old boy. For those who doesn't understand what the f**k i'm saying. Nvm. lol.

Here's something to leave this post with:
