Today was the post CCAAB workshop, which honestly I quite disliked due to the point that every aspect of the course was far too theoretical. Its understandable that without having such theory that teaching would be difficult. But still, having a theoretical way of leading would make leadership look like a commonplace thing. Every leader should be unique in his own way and his own style. Rather than teaching how to be a leader, it should have been how to craft your own style of leadership instead.
Anyways, its over, and I shall not dwell upon it any long.
