Played bridge later in the night, with Nancy. To tell the truth, it was one of the most horrible games I've played in a while, but I enjoyed every single second playing with the good lady. It was so hilarious that I could stop laughing at her jokes and our ridiculous luck. Really, makes me remember the fun part of bridge all over again.
24 Feb.
Went for a MOE Teaching Scholarships Networking session in the night, starting from about 7.30pm and ending at 9.30pm. Was a rather long session, but rather rewarding I would guess. Through I was amused by the fact that I was answering more questions than have my questions answered. Nevertheless, it was a rewarding session allowing me to know much more about the profession, thanks to Mr Tay for the invitation.
Coming back, I found it sad that that day was the first time I had heard of the Teaching Internship Program that was open to us all somewhere along the third term of last year. Apparently the whole of SB1 heard of it, but I don't think SA1 did. Feeling rather disappointed I guess, but I guess nothing can really be changed now.
25 Feb.
Touch Community Services. And today was also the arrival of a house guest. My cousin, has came down to visit the relatives from the UK. Not very sure of the college that she's studying in, never really asked, but its somewhere on the South of the island.
Had to set up my wireless connection to get her laptop connected back into the internet, quite amusing. Lols.
26 Feb.
Went to help out Derek at the Science Center. Just go his blog and see the video. I look retarded in them, take that as an incentive. Its still damn fun though. LOL.
